Who We Represent

Educators, support professionals, retired professionals, allies—we all have a home in our union.
From Richmond to Readsboro, Burlington to Bradford, we support students in all roles and responsibilities. The result? A Union as strong and diverse as its communities.
Across counties and countless ways, VT-NEA members advance the cause of public education. See how they share their time, energy, and expertise to help all students succeed.

Education Support Professionals

VT-NEA's Education Support Professional members take care of our children every day and make sure they have the tools they need to succeed in our schools and classrooms.

Licensed Educators

Vermont’s licensed educators help children achieve academically and learn the skills they will need to be successful and productive citizens.

Aspiring Educators

Vermont-NEA Aspiring Educator Program is a state-level program with members from Vermont Higher Ed Campuses.

Retired Professionals

Public school retirees (administrators, teachers, teacher assistants, and others) are invited to join VT-NEA-Retired.

We’re all in this to help shape our kids’ lives – teachers and ESPs together. You can’t talk about education about being a family if you don’t include half the family.
