Our Vermont's licensed educators not only help children read, write, and achieve academically, they teach them the skills they will need to be successful and productive citizens. The role of classroom teachers in our society could not be more crucial: Every job, invention, and advancement is made possible by the work our educators do.

VT-NEA supports classroom teachers by helping them advocate for safe working conditions, reasonable pay, professional development resources, and so much more. We help teachers understand the unique challenges of today’s classrooms and develop groundbreaking solutions to strengthen public schools. When teachers succeed, students succeed.
