Education Support Professionals (ESPs)

Vermont's Education Support Professionals (ESPs) are vital to the success of every Vermont Student.
Vermont ESPs are a part of a family of support professionals. In Vermont, our ESPs include paraeducators, bus drivers, school food programs, clerical, resources officers, and custodians.

A micro-credential is a short, competency-based recognition. VT-NEA & NEA offer over 175 micro-credentials that have been created by educators for educators.
