Aspiring Ed/Early Career Conference

Vermont-NEA will be hosting an Aspiring Educator and Early Career (first 3 years of teaching) Conference at the Double Tree Conference Center on Friday, October 18, 2024.

Vermont-NEA is pleased to host our first Aspiring Educator/Early Career Conference! The event is fully funded by NEA/Vermont-NEA, and there is NO CHARGE to attend. This year’s conference will have an “experience” that explores poverty and its impact on families and learning. Educators have an important role in understanding and supporting our families, advocating for our students, and creating classrooms that foster student resiliency.

The conference will also offer sessions that allow for deeper understanding of the educator role in supporting students and families as well as other areas of interest.

Please share widely with any aspiring educators and early career educators you may know!
