The 2022 Vermont-NEA Representative Assembly will take place in-person at the Stoweflake Resort & Conference Center on Saturday, March 26, 2022.  All active members may attend, and voting delegates will be determined by each local association president. Vermont-NEA's annual, one-day Representative Assembly consists of two important business sessions and is the Association’s ultimate decision-making body. It is our only statewide general membership meeting of the year. We will discuss education and Association matters, introduce new business items and resolutions, and meet and network with fellow members. We hope you will join your fellow members and delegates on March 26!

For the safety of all participants, if you feel unwell, please stay home!

Attestation. The registration process includes an attestation of vaccination status, and we are requiring all attendees to be fully vaccinated.

Masking guidelines will be followed in accordance with current CDC and state recommendations. Vermont-NEA will have KN95 masks available on-site for our attendees for use if they are required or preferred.

Seating. The meeting room and dining area will be set up so that delegates and staff will be physically seated with three-foot distancing, in a classroom-style seating arrangement. Meals will be served buffet-style, with attendees encouraged to proceed through in three-foot intervals.

Testing. We request all attendees to take a rapid Covid-19 test before attending the RA. Vermont-NEA will mail all registered attendees a rapid Covid test just prior to the RA. Please be sure to take the test at home on the morning of the event. If you do not receive your test in the mail, we will have tests on hand.

If you have additional questions about our Covid-19 safety protocols, please contact Kristie Ferguson at [email protected].
