Thank you for choosing to learn more about the WEA. We are pleased to announce that on Wednesday, Sept. 15 we unanimously ratified a new contract less than 12 hours after we and the board reached a deal.

We are pleased that the board met with us and negotiated an agreement that lets us remain in the classroom doing what we love: teaching Winooski's children.

The deal, while still awaiting ratification from the school board, now means that we have a contract for the first time in three years.
