The October NEA Board of Directors meeting marked the official release of the new ESP Professional Growth Continuum (PGC). This model provides a clear pathway for professional growth in all nine ESP career families, through various professional learning opportunities and the use of self-assessment tools.
We are proud to announce that the PGC is now available for download, www.nea.org/esppgc. We expect to make future updates to this page as we continue to identify and explore ways to effectively share this tool to members across the country. Although this new resource will be available in electronic format only, we are confident that it will help ensure professional learning and growth throughout ESP careers.
Please help us spread the word about this new resource!
