RBCs, Training Set for Upper Valley Members
Welcome back to school, Upper Valley UniServ District members! As always, we want to provide you with ways to enhance your power at the table and in your workplace. There are two ways to do this: attend the Regional Bargaining Council meetings, or attend specialized training.
Regional Bargaining Council meetings are held at the Hotel Coolidge in White River Junction. Dinner is included, and the meetings last from 5 pm to 7 pm. The dates are:
- Oct. 1
- Nov. 5
- Dec. 3
- Jan. 7, 2015
- Feb. 4
- March 4
- April 1
- May 6
- June 3
We also are offering three trainings that are designed to make you a better bargainer. All of these trainings will also take place at the Hotel Coolidge. They run from 5 pm to 8 pm, and dinner is included.
- Sept. 17 is Bargaining Basics: Nuts and Bolts
- Oct. 15 is Advanced Bargaining: Attitudes and Behaviors
- Nov. 12 is Mathematics used in Negotiations.
